This page will set forth all the information you need to order jewelry from this site.

Payment
Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card are welcome. When you order you will be
transferred to the CCNOW site to complete the financial portion of your purchase.
If you want to pay by personal check please e-mail me with the items (by number)
you want and and I will e-mail you the address. Please be advised, I will wait until
the check clears before I send out the jewelry. The piece you have ordered will be held
for you until your check clears. If the check is refused by the bank the item you ordered
will be returned to the online inventory. You will be responsible for any fees charged for
NSF checks.

Shipping
Shipping and handling costs will be added to the total dollar amount of your
order when you check out. All items willl be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Returns
I accept returns only if the item has a manufacturing defect. You must notify
me of any problems within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. Return the
item via priority mail and I will repair it if possible, or replace it with an item
as close to the original as is possible.
I am sorry but return shipping charges will not be refunded.

If damage occurred during shipping, save the package and notify your post
office immediately. They will have to make a damage report and need the
package in order to do this. They require you to notify them immediately.
